4 lbs of ribs
½ cup of ketchup
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tsp ginger
½ onion finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 1 tsp cold water

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium size bowl combine ketchup, honey, vinegar, soya sauce, ginger and onion. Mix well.
Cut up ribs into individual ribs. Brown in the oven on broil. About 10 minutes then flip them and cook for another 5. Put the ribs in a crock pot and pour sauce over top. Stir, cover and cook on low for about 5 hours. After 4 hours add cornstarch/water and stir. Watch they don’t go dry. They may not need to cook that long.
