2 tsp fresh ground BLACK PEPPER
1 tsp Cayenne (watch out!)
2 tsp GARLIC POWDER
1 tsp DRY MUSTARD
1/2 tsp CHILI POWDER +
1 tsp THYME
1 tsp CORIANDER
2 tsp GREEN PEPPERCORN
1 tsp ground ALLSPICE
