1 lb margarine
1 cup sugar
1 egg
4 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla
Fruit filling – any kind you wish
Powdered Sugar for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar, add egg, flour and vanilla. Take one teaspoon of dough mixture at a time and make a ball. Flatten slightly with hands. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and put fruit filling in the center of each kolacky. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes. Cool and cover with powdered sugar.

(For filling, you can use apple, apricot, or your favorite)
