2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
2 cups chopped apples
2 cups quick cooking oats
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup flour
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. In small bowl, sprinkle lemon juice and cinnamon over apples; toss. Set aside.
In large bowl, combine oats, raisins and flour. Add apple mixture and condensed milk; mix well.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately remove from baking sheet. Store leftovers loosely covered.
