8 eggs, beaten
6 slices of bread, cubed
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cheese
1-2 lbs. sausage, browned
salt and pepper
shredded hash brown potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 13 X 9 pan with non-stick spray. Place enough potatoes to cover bottom of pan. Layer bread, sausage and cheese. Combine eggs and milk, salt and pepper. Pour over pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
