1 c. heavy whipping cream
1/3 c. confectioner's sugar
2 T. rum
1 egg white, beaten
1/2 c. macaroon crumbs
8 maraschino cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Whip cream and add sugar. Fold in rum and egg white. Add crumbs, reserving 2 T. for topping.
Put into paper muffin cups, top with a cherry and sprinkle of reserved crumbs. Freeze.
