Pork Ribs (3 slab pack approx 13 lbs)
White Vinegar (1 gal)
Zataran Seasoning
Cattleman's Tangy Gold BBQue Sauce
Kingsford Charcoal (10lb bag)

Clean Ribs thoroughly. Rub genereously with Zataran Seasoning. Place in Deep 4" Pan and soak in Vinegar in the refrigerator over night.

Stack your charcoal in a pile, Soak with Lighter Fluid, and light your charcoal. Let burn for at least 1 hour. Spread evening along the grill bottom.

Place ribs bone down on grill at least 5 " from the charcoal.

Prepare a mixture of Vinegar and Water in a spray bottle at a ratio of 2 parts vinegar and 1 part water.

Cook about 2 hours turning once after 45 minutes. Spray mixture every 30 minutes or as needed the closer it gets to browning on each side.

Place a layer of the sauce in the bottom of a pan and cut ribs as desired. Usually on or two bones wide. pour sauce on each layer of ribs and also on the top of the last row. Cover with HD Alum Foil and let stand for 30 minutes. Serve as warranted.
