8 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
3/4 cup BBQ sauce
1 (4.5 oz) can chopped green chiles undrained)
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup Monterey jack shredded cheese
1/2 cup shredded Colby cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in 9 x 13 pan. Brush chicken with BBQ sauce. Bake uncovered at 375º or until chicken is done. Place on serving dish, reserve drippings. Stir drippings until smooth and pour over chicken; top with cheese and serve immediately. Sometimes I omit the green peppers and add black beans and some cumin instead.
