4 C. pears, cored, peeled & sliced.
4 C. apples, cored, peeled & sliced.
1 TBSP. lemon juice
1/3 C. sifted flour
1 C. instant oatmeal
3/4 C. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 C. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375* Grease a shallow 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Pour pears & apples into dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine dry ingredients & mix up good. Add melted butter. Mix till coarse crumbs are formed. Sprinkle crumb mix over fruit. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream !
