5 cups flour
3 Tablespoons Baking Powder
1/2 cup grape jelly
1 cup shortening
about 1 cup sugar
about 8 oz strong coffee
4 Tablespoons cocoa
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt shortening. Add sugar and jelly, cinnamon, vanilla, and coffee. Mix baking powder, cocoa, and flour and add to wet mixture. Add nuts and stir. Roll into walnut sized balls. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.

I use parchment paper for these cookies. Once cooled, they can be iced with a mocha icing.
