4 chicken breasts, cooked & chopped
1/2 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 10oz can chopped green chiles
4 cans black beans, (drain 2 cans, keep 2 cans with liqiud)
cheddar cheese, shredded
1 10oz can enchilada sauce
6 extra large burrito shells

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, garlic and chiles for 3-5 minutes. Add black beans and cook 20-25 minutes. Assemble burritos by plaing chicken, beans and cheese in each burrito and roll up. Place in 13x9 pan, cover with enchilada sauce and more cheese. Bake for 15 minutes at 350.
