2/3 C. butter
1/2 C. white corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. brown sugar
4 C. quick-cooking oatmeal
1 sm. pk chocolate chips
2/3 C. peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 4 ingredients together. Blend in the oatmeal and press mixture into well-greased 9x13" pan. Bake 18 minutes at 350 degrees. Make sure that the mixture bubbles, but does not cook too long around the edges.
Cool in pan on wire rack.
Melt chips and peanut butter over low heat.
While cookies are still warm frost with melted chips and peanut butter.
Cool.
Cut into bars.
