6 lbs pork ribs (such as baby back)
1 jar hoisin sauce
1 c water
3/4 c dry sherry
1/2 c soy sauce
1/2 c honey
2 cloves chopped garlic (or jar minced garlic)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut spareribs into serving pieces.
Place large plastic bag in large bowl.
Mix remaining ingredients in bag; add ribs; secure bag tightly.
Refrigerate at least 6 hours, turning bag several times to distribute marinade.
Heat oven to 350º.
Drain ribs, reserving marinade.
Place ribs in shallow roasting pan; cover with aluminum foil & bake 1 1/2 hours.
Remove foil; brush ribs with reserved marinade.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes longer or until tender.
