2/3 c. butter
2 c. quick oats
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. flour
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (11 1/2 oz.) chocolate morsels

Directions:
Directions:
1.Melt butter in saucepan. In bowl, mix butter, oats, sugar, flour, corn syrup, milk and vanilla until well blended. Drop by level teaspoon, 3 inches apart onto foil-covered cookie sheets. Spread thin with a spatula.
2.Bake at 375°F for 5 to 7 minutes.

3.Melt chocolate morsels over hot water. Spread chocolate onto the flat side of one cookie. Add another cookie to top to make a sandwich.
