3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F.
Mix all ingredients together and put into a premade pie crust. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top.
Bake at 425F. for 15 minutes, then lower the oven's heat to 350F. for an additional 25 minutes.
Any pie filling that does not fit into the crust can be baked at the same time as the crust in an appropriate size of small glass dish such as a custard cup.
