1 c. butter
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
2/3 c. molasses
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. ginger
3 eggs
1 tsp. soda

Directions:
Directions:
Sift the sugar, flour, ginger, and salt into a mixing bowl. Mix in butter, eggs, and buttermilk. Combine soda and molasses and pour into the other mixture. Pour into 3 pie plates and bake for 25 minutes at 350. When done, drench with butter sauce.
