3 lb. small red potatoes
6 garlic cloves, peeled
1/2 c. reduced fat sour cream
1/3 c. milk
2 1/2 T. butter
1 t. salt
1/4 t. ground pepper
1/4 c. fresh chopped chives

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place potatoes and garlic in large Dutch oven. Cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain.
2. Return potatoes and garlic to pan and place over medium heat. Mash to desired consitency with potato masher.
3. Add butter, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper. Mash until well incorporated.
4. Stir in chives. Serves 6 to 8.

Serve with Brown Sugar and Bourbon Flank Steak. I actually use my Kitchen Aid standing mixer to do the mashing - just on low so that some of the chunkiness remains.
