1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. shortening
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. nuts
1 med. very ripe banana

Mix. Put in 9x13" pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
