1 rack of pork baby Back Ribs
Dry rub
4 tbsp brown sugar
1 tablespoon Kosher salt
¼ - ½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
½ tbsp onion powder
½ tbsp of cayenne pepper
1 tbsp Chili Powder

Directions:

Mix in a bowl.
Remove the membrane on the back of the ribs. Rub with the dry rub. Let sit in fridge until ready to cook.
Preheat oven to 250. Place ribs wrapped securely in tin foil on cookie sheet. Cook for 2 hours, check and cook for another ½ hour. Open tin foil and brush BBQ sauce on if desired. Turn oven up to 350 with tin foil open for ½ hour.
