1 17.5 oz pouch of Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. sour cream
1 T. red food coloring
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all ingredients until soft dough forms, roll spoonful in 1 inch ball, place on un-greased cookie sheet, bake 8-9 min at 375, cool 2 minutes and remove from cookie sheet.

frost with canned cream cheese frosting, tint if you prefer

we volunteer at our local playhouse, opening night we serve cookies and punch and decorate the table to be theme appropriate for the play, Driving Miss Daisy opened last month and I made these cookies for that, that were a huge hit, everyone loved them.

To make daisies, snip the marshmallows, dip the cut side in white or tinted sugar and arrange on cookie or top of cupcake, add frosting for center.
