10 lbs Ground Bison
.5 lb sundried tomatoes
1.5 lb aged white Cheddar, cubed
2 tsp fresh ground pepper
1 tsp fresh chopped rosemary
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp roasted garlic paste
2.5 tbsp Lea & Perins Worcestershire sauce
5 tbsp grainy Dijon mustard
1.5 large white onion, diced and sauteed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Spray 3 loaf pans with non stick coating and line with foil.
Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Make sure all ingredients are incorporated equally.
Divide mixture into 3 and put into loaf pans ensuring to push into the corners, smooth tops.
Cover pans with foil.
Bake for 60 minutes or until done.
Let cool slightly before removing from pans.
