1 C. Creamy fresh peanut butter
1 C. Brown sugar, firmly packed
1 Large egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 C. Carob chips
1 C. Shelled peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Crush Peanuts in a bag with a rolling pin. Mix all ingredients except chips till well blended. Add chips.
Drop slightly rounded teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10 minutes or until puffed and golden. Cool on wire rack for at least 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet (they will be very soft).
