2 1/4 cups flour,
2/3 cup cocoa powder,
1 tsp. baking soda,
1 cup soft margarine,
3/4 cup sugar,
3/4 cup brown sugar,
2 eggs,
1 tsp. vanilla,
1 cup chocolate chips,
1 cup white chocolate or vanilla chips.

Directions:

Mix together flour, cocoa, soda, in a small bowl. In a large bowl, cream margarine, and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until fluffy. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chips. Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
