Cupcake Pan
2 lbs Hambuger meat/ Turkey meat
1/3 c onions chopped
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 Bottle Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce
1-2 pkg of Grands Butter Biscuits (pulled apart)
cooking spray
1 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Brown chopped onion in 1 tbsp of butter until translucient. Add hamburger/turkey and cook until brown. Drain
Spray cupcake pan with some sort of non stick cooking spray making sure to get the sides. Pull apart each biscuit and form into the cupcake pan. Add meat. Cook until biscuits are gloden brown and top with cheddar cheese. Remove from oven when cheese is melted. Let cool for 5 minutes. And enjoy! Serve with beans and salad

Kids just love these! They can be eaten with or with out silverware! I know they sound a little weird, but trust me...everytime I make these they are gone in a heartbeat!
