1/2 cup Blueberries
1cup milk
1/2 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
4 ice cubes

1/2 taza de arándanos (mora azul)
1 taza de leche
1/2 taza de yogur de vainilla bajo en grasa
4 cubitos de hielo

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender put in milk, yogurt, blueberries and ice. Blend on high until all ice is chopped and smoothie looks rich and creamy! Pour into glasses and enjoy!


En una licuadora, poner leche, yogurt, arándanos y hielo. Licuar a velocidad alta hasta que todo el hielo picado se ve batido y cremoso! Sirva en copas y disfrute!
