3 handfuls of almonds,
Chocolate bar, or chocolate candy from holiday treats, about 12 oz,
light vegetable oil,
frying pan,

Directions:
Directions:
With a paper towel rub a little oil into the pan,
Put on low to medium heat,
Roast nuts in pan,
Pull pan off the heat,
Put lid on the pan and let it sit,
Meanwhile, put chocolate in a bowl and pop into the microwave about 20-30 seconds and stir, repeat until it is completely melted,
Do Not Let Any Water get Into Chocolate or it will Seize!
Put almonds in a dish and pour melted chocolate onto the almonds.
Stick the dish in the freezer, top shelf until hardened.
