1 c & 2 tbs flour
2/3 c powdered sugar
1/2 c corn starch
3/4 c butter (soft)
1/2 tsp almond extract
13oz cocoanut toasted (1 can)
1/2 c apricot preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter & extract in sm bowl til fluffy, beat in cocoanut,

Mix flour, corn starch & pd sugar & stir into the other mixture.

Form dough in a ball wrap in plastic wrap & refrigerator about 1 hr.

Make dough in 36, 1" balls, flatten with fork dipped in flour -bake in 300º, place in center of oven for 20 mins. or til edges are lightly browned.

Cool for 5 mins & put on racks. Spread edges with preserves & top with cocoanut.
