1 gal chopped cabbage ½ gal green tomatoes 1 qt onions 3 green pepper (lg.) 3 red peppers (lg.) 3 Tab salt ½ gal vinegar 8 cups sugar 4 tea. mustard seed 1 tea. cinnamon 1 tea. pepper 3 tea. ginger 1 tea. turmic
Grind or chop first 5 ingredients and let set over night with salt. Next day drain and add vinegar, sugar and spices cook 30 minutes and seal - Makes 12 pts.
