1 pkg. cubed deer steaks
Bacon
Cream cheese
Jalapeño peppers
Salt and pepper
Garlic
Dale’s sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cubed steak into 1x3 inch pieces and marinade in Dale’s sauce for 24 hours. Cut bacon strips into halves. Spread cream cheese onto meat. Put jalapeño pepper in the center and roll up the meat. Wrap with bacon strip and place toothpick to secure. Place meat on a hot grill for 3-4 minutes on each side or until bacon is done.
