5-8 lb. Pork shoulder roast or pork picnic roast
1 cup apple cider vinegar
3 cups honey bbq sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1.Put pork shoulder in a large pot with one inch of water. Cover and cook in over at 275º for 4 hours, or until the meat will pull apart easily with a fork.
2.Remove from oven, drain and let sit for an hour.
3.Once cooled, pull apart by hand(it should "shred" easily) and put into crock pot.
4.Add the remaining ingredients and cook on low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
5. Best served on soft dinner rolls.
