2 zucchini, 7" - 10", cut in half lengthwise
1/2 C salsa
2 T olive oil
1 C cheddar cheese, grated
Directions:
Directions:
Using a spoon scrape out enough of the center of the zucchini to make room for ingredients
Brush lightly with oil and place on BBQ face down, cook until they start to soften then flip over and place salsa inside, sprinkle with cheese, continue to cook until salsa heated and cheese is melted.
