4-6 oz spare ribs of choice
1 can (12 oz) beer or apple juice
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 c catsup
1/2 c vinegar
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
combine beer and onion soup mix, catsup, vinegar, bay leaf and salt. Cook 10 minutes stirring occasionally. cool and pour over ribs and allow to marinate in fridge for 1-2 hours. Cook on rotisserie (weave rod in and out accordion style)
Use a drip pan. Cook at low to moderate 1 1/2 - 2 hours or till done to taste. Baste periodically the lasts 20 - 30 minutes with sauce.
