2 T. Ketchup
2 T. Honey
2 T. Light Soy Sauce
2 T. Orange Juice
1 tsp. Ginger
1 tsp. Garlic
1 T. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except flour and pour into an airtight container. Add uncooked chicken and set in refrigerator for 1-3 hours. Remove chicken for cooking or grilling. Take the remaining sauce and pour into pan on stove to cook. When the liquid starts to get hot, add 1 Tablespoon flour. Continue to cook until sauce is thick. Sauce is great for topping warm chicken.
