4 dozen eggs
white vinegar
hot pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs in a deep pot, cover with cold water, add 1 tsp, salt and bring to a boil. Bring to a slow boil for 8-10 min. Remove from heat and run cold water over eggs, not to long as eggs peel better when they are warm. Peel eggs and place in a glass gallon jug, cover with white vinegar and add1 tbs. hot pepper flakes. Keep in frig, let stand for 3-4 day so the vinegar and pepper can work through. Keep cool
