2 lbs. carrots or 4 c. cooked , drained , sliced
1 onion diced
1green pepper diced
1-10 oz. can tomato soup
1 tsp.mustard (not dry)
1/2 c salad oil
3/4 c cider vinegar
1 cup sugar
dash salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and set over night, serve cold. Keeps for ages. Drain off excess liquid and store for saladdressing or use on more carrots.
