4 lbs lean country-style spareribs
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce with mushrooms
1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/8 tsp ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange ribs in baking dish. Bake at 450º for 1 hour; turn once, pour off fat.
Combine remaining ingredients and simmer 5 minutes. Spoon half over ribs.
Cover ribs and bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Turn ribs and add remaining sauce. Bake 15 minutes more. Makes 8 servings. Good with sweet potatoes or rice!
