California long white potatoes, onion, garlic powder, salt & pepper, butter

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes, leave skin on.Cut lengthwise in half, on one half put sliced onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper and a dab of butter. Wrap in aluminum foil and place in a baking pan and bake @ 400 for 1 hr.
