1 pie crust (suggested- Pillsbury premade "folded" crust
6 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp pepper
1 c. cubed ham
8 oz. shredded cheese
1 medium sized grfeen pepper, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped

Preheat oven to 350

Add milk to egg mixture. Add seasomings and other ingredients. Bake for 40-45 minutes-- peek at 25 to 30 minutes- may need to cover. Insert knife into center- if it comes out dry, it's probably done.
