Ingredients:
4 racks baby back ribs
Barbecue Sauce
1 1/2 cups water
2/3 cup dark brown sugar packed
1 cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Combine all sauce ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. When sauce comes to a boil reduce heat and simmer, stirring often, for 45 to 60 minutes or until thick.

Preheat oven to 275º , brush some sauce over the surface of each rack of ribs. Wrap each rack tightly in foil and arrange on baking sheet for 2 1/2 hours or until meat has pulled back from cut ends of bones by half an inch. When ribs are just about done preheat grill to medium heat.

Remove ribs from foils (careful of steam) and grill for 4 to 9 minutes per side or until surface begins to char. Brush more sauce on both sides of the ribs a few minutes before you remove them from the grill.
