1 c. balsamic vinegar
t tbsp minced shallots
Pinch of kosher salt
2 tbsp grainy mustard
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. dark molasses
2 1/2 c. extra-virgin olive oil
4 turns cracked black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
in a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, shallots, salt, mustard lemon juice, and molasses. Slowly add olive oil while continuing to whisk until emulsified. Add black pepper. Maked 4 cups.
