8oz cream cheese
2-3 cups 4x white sugar (to taste)
1-12oz container of cool whip
1 teas vanilla flavoring
1/2 cup of chopped nuts
1 deep dish unbaked pie crust
1 can Blueberry or Cherry Pie Filling
Directions:
Directions:
Prick bottom on thawed unbaked pie crust and cover with chopped nuts.
Bake following directions on package.
Cool
Blend creamcheese, 4 x sugar and vanilla until smooth, fold in cool whip. Spread mixture on top of nuts in baked pie crust.

Top with pie filling and refrigerate.

Also good in a graham cracker crust with spanish or chopped dry roasted nuts.... No need to bake!
