1 lb. Ham loaf
32 single saltine crackers
2 eggs beaten

Sauce
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard

Directions:

In a large bowl, add ham loaf, crushed crackers, and eggs.
Mix well.
Form in to balls and place in a 9"x9" casserole.

Sauce
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil stirring frequently.
Allow to cool.

Pour sauce over ham balls.
Cover and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.

I usually use fareways ham loaf.
Because of the long cook time, I usually make the night before. (if it's a week night) I think letting them soak in the sauce overnight is good.
While baking, I usually set the timer for forty five minutes and turn the balls over.
