8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. confectioners sugar
flavored oils: peppermint, spearmint, orange, lemon
food color paste (even if making white)

Directions:
Directions:
Let cream cheese come to room temperature, Beat with powdered sugar until smooth. Add flavoring: 1-2 drops for peppermint or spearmint, 10-20 drops for orange or lemon. Flavor to taste.

Add food color paste until desired color is achieved. Press into candy mold. Take out of mold and place on parchment lined baking pan. Let set for approximately one hour. Stack between layers of wax paper and store in refrigerator until needed.
