1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light Karo syrup
3 eggs, well beaten
1/4 cup butter
unbaked pie crust
1 to 1 1/2 cup pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients well. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Top with pecans. Bake for 40-45 minutes in a 375º oven.

Personal Notes:
I use pecan halves, but pieces or chopped pecans will work too. I also cover the crust edges with a pie shield to keep from over browning.
