1 lb fresh spinach
1 (8oz) can water chestnuts
1 can bean sprouts
mushrooms sliced

DRESSING:
1/2 c brown sugar packed
1c salad oil
1 med onion
1/4 c vinegar
1/3 c ketchup
1 tsp. worecesterhire sauce

TO make dressing blend ingredients in a blender and pour over top of salad
