1/2 C. Sugar
3/4 C. Butter
1 Egg Yolk
1 tsp. Almond Extract
1 1/2 C. Flour
1/4 C. Cocoa

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

In a bowl combine all ingredients except flour and cocoa. Beat with a mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Add flour and cocoa until mixed well.

Shape into balls or use cookie press. Place on a cookie sheet 1 inch apart flatten. Bake 7-9 minutes or until set. Cool and decorate.
