1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2tsp. vanilla
2tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1c chopped walnuts
2c diced apples

Directions:
Directions:
mix everything together. Do not use electric mixer. Bake in a greases 10x10 pan at 350 degrees for 40-45 min. Served with whipped crem or ice cream
