1 T. white wine vinegar
3 T. olive oil
coarse ground salt and pepper
1 large head Boston lettuce
1 can (14 oz.) hearts of palm, drained and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a bowl, whisk mustard, vinegar, oil, and salt.
2. Divide lettuce and hearts of palm among salad plates. Drizzle with dressing. Season with pepper. Serves 4 to 6.
