2 T Paprika, preferably Hungarian
2 T Chili Powder
1-2 t Cayenne Pepper
2 T Garlic Powder
2 T Brown Sugar
1 T Ground Cumin
1 T Dry Mustard, preferably Colman's
1 t Ground Sage
1 t Oregano, dried
1/4 c Salt
1 T Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Mix all ingredients (food processor helps). This rub also is very good on Salmon.
