Ribs
1 Bottle VH Garlic & Rib flavored Sauce
1 Bottle Italian Salad Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Put ribs in a large pot, cover with water and simmer for about 1 hour or only until about "fork tender". Do not overcook!

Mix together 1 garlic and rib flavoured V.H. Sauce with 3/4 bottle of Italian salad dressing (regular flavoured).

Cut ribs into sections of 4 and put in plastic bag with sauce for at least 2 hours. Mix them around 2 or 3 times while in bag.

Put on a cookie sheet covered with tin foil, saving marinade to baste ribs as they cook.

Put in 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes, basting several times with marinade**. Then cook for 10 minutes under the broiler. Turn ribs over and then another 10 minutes under broiler watching carefully so not to burn them. Check for tenderness and enjoy.

** These are excellent cooked on the BBQ in summer
